he Ovation M Class MIPS Helmet JR puts your young rider’s safety first. For enhanced protection from brain injuries, this helmet features Multi-directional Impact Protection System (MIPS). MIPS is designed to add protection against rotational motion transmitted to the brain from angled impacts. Rotational motion is a combination of rotational energy and forces from angular acceleration that increase the risk of brain injuries. MIPS has been proven to reduce rotational motion by redirecting energies and forces that would otherwise be transmitted to the brain. This helmet also looks great and wears well with a matte polycarbonate and advanced ABS composite outer shell with an injection molded shell design. A washable quick-dry, moisture-wicking, anti-microbial liner keeps you comfortable while the padded harness with synthetic suede lining provides the right. For added comfort and airflow, the Ovation M Class MIPS helmet JR has a large front ventilation system, a top vented center stripe, and two back-side vents.
